Our lawful bases for collecting or using personal information to provide services and goods are:
- Consent – we have permission from you after we gave you all the relevant information. All of your data protection rights may apply, except the right to object. To be clear, you do have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

How long we keep information
We will hold your data for as long as you are an active client and for a 3-year period after your last attendance at a class with My Pilates Tribe. Your data will then be deleted.

This data processor does the following activities for us: They manage the booking system for booking Pilates classes online; this includes taking payment online (My Pilates Tribe will never have access to your bank details), sending automated confirmation emails and email reminders for classes and events.
