Welcome to the video gallery for My Pilates Tribe, where you can take part in a class in your own time.
If you can’t make a live Zoom class, you can access recordings from previous online classes below.
Videos are password protected, with a new password each month, and access is available with a monthly online pass.
A monthly online pass gives you access to all of the live Zoom classes, as well as all the recordings and all for just £25 a month.
Videos are refreshed every week, so you’ll always be able to access a choice of classes and can check your technique with the short ‘How to’ videos.
Plus my NEW 10 minute moves videos so you can keep moving in your tea break or put a few together for a longer session.

17 mins – focus on full body strength
10 mins – focus on core
9 mins – upper body stretch & mobility.
Suitable for warming up.

Mixed Ability Pilates
All classes are 1-hour long and suitable for all, with different levels offered so that you can work each exercise at the level that’s best for you.

1-hour long with a focus on the Pilates fundamentals. We’ll take our time to look at technique, work balance & strengthening exercises and use the breath fully within each move.
New to Pilates
All classes are 1-hour long and suitable for beginners or those looking to work at a slower pace but always with different levels offered.
All classes are 1-hour long and for those more familiar with Pilates. A faster pace and more challenging than the New to Pilates class.
Relax and Stretch
Classes are 30 minutes long and suitable for all. Lots of lovely long stretching and deep breathing to relax the body and mind.
Classes are 45 minutes long and working at high intensity. 2 rounds of 12 exercises for 30 seconds with a 15 second rest in-between. Suitable for those more familiar with Pilates, confident in engaging the core.
With Barre, the focus is on the lower body – lots of work for the feet, legs and glutes. You will need a chair as a Barre substitute. Set to music, these classes are around 45 minutes and will get you warm!
